Kir Quincy Tea, healing tea, fights the flu

The number one question we receive in the store is : How do you brew your Kir Quincy. The rule of thumb for most teas is to follow the directions on the bag for herbal teas 5-7 mins. However, through a process of trails and errors we have come up with the perfect cup of Kir Quincy is to let it steep for 24 hours before serving.  Most of the Kir Quincy tea is dehydrated fruits and berries so the extra long steep time helps bring out all of the flavors. Only our Hibiscus based teas can and should be steeped in this manner. Also, making larger batches and icing or reheating later will insure a well balanced flavor of all fruit.

1 teaspoon per 8oz of water

Add sugar or Monk Fruit ( Keto ) to taste when tea is hot.
